Our office is open Monday through Thursday from
9 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. On Fridays, the office is open
9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Throughout the day, we see healthy children for check-ups as well as sick children who need same-day urgent care visits. We have separate waiting rooms for healthy and sick children.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, there is a doctor in the office for urgent care sick visits from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.

If the office is closed, you may reach the on-call doctor by dialing our main number, 781-944-4250. Drs. Rashba, Smith, Curdo, Sachs, Borer and Konieczny share the on-call duties. One of these six pediatricians will call you back promptly. We do not share call with other practices and we do not have triage nurses return calls. You can always reach one of the Dowd doctors. Most calls can be handled with advice from your doctor. In some instances, however, the on-call doctor will direct you to the Winchester Hospital Emergency Room for immediate care.
