Insurance & Billing Information 

We accept most HMO, PPO and indemnity plans. 

Please check with your insurance carrier or call our business office 781-944-4250 option 5 for insurance carrier information.


If a referral is needed for non-urgent specialty care, our referral specialist will submit that electronically. It's always a good idea to make sure your child's primary care provider is aware of any care your child is receiving and that you let the specialist know to send a summary note back to our office. You may request an insurance referral either by phone at 781-944-4250 option 6, to our dedicated referral line, or via our patient portal.


In order to provide timely care to our patients, we ask that you would call us if you are unable to keep your appointment. A fee of $50 will be charged (this is not covered by insurance) if you no-show for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice.


Co-payments are required by your insurance company and are to be paid at the time of service.


We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Payment can be made in any of the following methods:

  • Online

    • No-Login Online Payment​

      • We now offer payments through HealowPay 

      • This allows you to make a payment without any login needed.

    • Patient Portal 

      • You can always see your statements and make payments by logging into your portal.​

  • By phone

    • You can call our billing office at 781-944-4250 option 5 Monday-Thursday 9:00AM-5:00PM to make a credit card payment over the phone.

  • By Mail

    • Mail cash, check, or credit card information to the office at 107 Woburn Street Reading, MA 01867.

  • In-Person

    • You can always make a payment at the office during regular hours via cash, check, or credit card.
