Welcome to Dowd Medical Associates Pediatrics Division


Our group includes seven pediatricians with primary care experience ranging from seven to more than twenty-six years! Our years of experience and our dedication to providing the best medical care in a family-friendly manner makes our practice special. We care for children from birth through age 18 years-old.

Each patient has his or her own primary care doctor who will be seen for all regular check-ups. Appointments may also be made with your primary care doctor for longer “consult” appointments to explore behavioral problems or chronic medical issues. Sick visits are scheduled all day and often into the evening. For urgent sick visits, appointments are generally made with the first available doctor. Each doctor is paired with a nurse who will also get to know you and your child. Our wonderful nurses help children get ready for their exams and answer many questions for families every day.

Patients may call our office during the day to make appointments or to leave a message on a doctor’s voicemail. Calls are returned by nurses and doctors throughout the day. Please call our main phone number with any questions, 781-944-4250.
