Concentrated
infant drops
are being phased
out and replaced
with a new concentration
of infant acetaminophen.
The new formulation
will contain
160mg per 5ml
and come with
a syringe rather
than a dropper.
If a family
still has the
concentrated
drops with the
0.8ml dropper,
it is ok to
use as long
as the dosing
is checked carefully.
